As our services continue to grow, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families within our communities.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking support workers who are available to work across a variety of shifts from **Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM**. You will be providing tailored supports that empower participants to live independently and reach their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with **personal care** and **daily living tasks**:

- Supporting **community participation** and social activities
- Administering or assisting with **medication**, as required
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction

**To Be Successful, You Will Need**:

- A **current National Police Check**:

- A **valid driver’s licence** and reliable vehicle
- A **CPR and First Aid Certificate**:

- Completion of the **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Completion of the **NDIS Orientation Module**:

- Proof of **COVID-19 vaccination**:

- Ability to provide **100 points of ID**

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- working with dementia and Parkinson : 1 year (required)
