My Life Story is an exciting organisation which provides bespoke, personalised support to people with disability.

We are currently seeking a support worker to work with a man who lives in West Perth. The man is looking to get out into in the community and enjoy some of his old time favourite hobbies, including fishing, hiking and possibly camping.

He is also keen to do some walking, in bush areas around the metro area, including Kings Park.

In time and when the weather cools somewhat, this man would love to do some camping with his support worker.

Initially we are looking for support on Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-1pm.

- NDIS worker orientation module certificate

**Salary**: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Duncraig WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
