Working in partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium is working on an exciting new metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney.
Comprising, Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild, the private sector partners are looking to build their metro rail expertise to deliver this city-shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public Private Partnership model and will provide a major economic stimulus for Western Sydney.
**Siemens** as a D&C Contractor member will be responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction elements of the project, and we are currently looking to hire a **Rolling Stock System Manager** to work within Siemens Mobility team, based in our **Sydney** office.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a key technical representative for liaison and coordination with customer and interfacing partners such as track, power supply, depot, signalling, communications, O&M etc.
- Clarify technical contract requirements and ensure that engineering solution will satisfy customer requirements and standards.
- Facilitate Rolling Stock various submissions (Design, T&C, O&M) in alignment with headquarter team.
- Facilitate customer design acceptance process and ensure that right level of SMEs are involved in technical meetings/ design reviews.
- Ensure that any technical deviation with the contract, triggered by the customer is tracked, recorded, and officially approved as a Variation order that addresses the Technical Amendment.
**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- Extensive work experience as a System Manager
- You have experience in Rolling Stock design, T&C and operations and maintenance (O&M).
- Tertiary education in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
