Role Description

This is a full time role for a Commercial Account Manager at System Squared located in Sydney, CBD due to existing recent customer growth. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships from mid market to large commercial customers, understanding their technology needs, providing genuine advice, working with internal stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves on-site interactions and day-to-day account management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of customer quoting and requests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills for your customers
  • Ability to excel with third parties including distribution and vendors
  • Internal stakeholder management (CTO office, ISRs, finance, operations and services)
  • Maintain vendor qualifications are required (HPI, Lenovo, Apple, Dell, Microsoft, Google)

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience within a Systems Integrator / MSP in a customer selling / quoting capacity is strongly preferred
  • Experience in providing genuine advice and solutions across the ICT industry
  • Knowledge and expertise of the supply chain within IT industry for MSPs/VARs
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Industry certifications strongly preferred (HPI, Lenovo, Dell, Apple, Microsoft)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
