**About the role**

As a **Systems Manager** you will be responsible for managing revenue systems and integrations including implementation of features and upgrades, system maintenance, process management, training and technical support.

Your responsibilities will also include:
Work closely with internal departments to determine system needs and work with them to successfully develop and implement new features, upgrades & integrations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and change, implement time-saving efficiencies and streamline business processes to reduce risk and increase ROI.
- Work with other System Managers to standardise systems and processes across all business units to deliver exceptional customer and user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement, data integrity issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Lead system upgrade and implementation projects including requirements gathering, testing, and monitoring to ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Resolve day-to-day technical queries relating to Revenue systems as part of the wider IT support team, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
- Create and maintain system training documentation and regularly conduct user training sessions to ensure compliance with industry best practice and regulations.
- Proactively communicate user errors to managers and identify training needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-training, sharing of systems knowledge to reduce risk of knowledge in silos.
- Maintain positive relationships and open communication channels with software providers and external suppliers for optimum commercial outcomes.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
