- Build and maintain strategic relationships with operational staff
- Ensure excellent customer service in all aspects of service delivery

**Project Execution**:

- Personally connect with projects and products
- Break down problems and make data-driven decisions
- Track project budget performance and manage exceptions

**Technical Skillset**:

- Strong understanding of implementation and test methodologies in:

- Financial technology solutions
- Communication systems and protocols
- Additional skills: C, C++, Java, SQL languages, database management, debug tools, automated systems, accounting skills, Excel proficiency
- Degree qualifications in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Gaming knowledge and experience with gaming systems is a plus
