**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Student Services and Accounts Department, for the management of all student and staff administrative needs
- Ensure student requests and enquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up and liaise with students in relation to their studies or any outstanding administrative issues
- Maintain student records in accordance with college policies and procedures and student management system operating guides
- Assist in conducting the regular college orientation sessions
- Provide assistance and support in monitoring student attendance and course progress as per policy and procedures
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation and agents as required
- Assist with other general duties as part of a team, undertaking one-off or scheduled administrative projects
