Salisbury College Australia (SCA) is a vocational college in the heart of Burwood, consisting of state-of-the-art facilities for our students and employees. We deliver English courses and Vocational courses for international students.

Currently we are looking for an **Admissions Officer** who is passionate about the student experience and is always on the look-out for how things can be done better. Someone who is able to work one-on-one with students and is a great team player will be a great fit for this role.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Issue offer letters accurately and within the prescribed time frame
- Process international student selection and admission for the relevant programs following SCA’s admissions criteria, policies and procedures
- Check for document accuracy before student arrival
- Provide excellent customer service to students and other departments
- Identify problems and areas for improvements and initiative resolutions
- Respond to enquiries from prospective international students and agents in professional and efficient manner.
- Keep up-to-date with legislations related to ESOS ACT, CRICOS, National Code, ASQA and ELICOS Standards

To be successful in this position, you are required to have
- Knowledge and experience on PRISM and student visa related matter
- Advanced level experience in Wisenet is highly preferable
- Available for immediate start
- High-level administration and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling customer queries
- Problem-solving skills
- Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- 2nd language; Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, others will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- PRISM: 1 year (preferred)
- WISENET: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
