Sunbeam International College (Sunbeam) is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: operating under the National Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework located in the heart of Adelaide city in South Australia. This is a regulated framework which is administered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS Code: 03951F). Sunbeam is an approved organisation to offer services to international student. SUNBEAM is regulated by ASQA under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice for Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code 2018).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and support compliance processes.
  • Provide student services, including enrolments, attendance tracking, and record management.
  • Respond to student inquiries regarding fees, timetables, and academic support.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO standards and ASQA requirements.
  • Collaborate with trainers, management, and external stakeholders as needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in accounts and/or administration, preferably within the education sector.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance and student management systems is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience with platforms such as Wisenet/RTO Manager, Module/eLearning, or similar systems will be considered an advantage.
