Advance College is a reputable educational institution that specializes in delivering high-quality training and education services to students. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Support Officer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support services to students enrolled and offer guidance and assistance to academic requirements.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide accurate information on RTO policies. Procedures and services.
- Assist students in resolving any issues or concerns they may have related to their studies or the learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of student support strategies and initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Salary**: $50,013.11 - $94,539.30 per year

- Burwood, NSW 2134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
