**THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team, based at our HQ in Docklands, VIC. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring that vendor invoices are processed in a timely manner and paid per trade terms.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Timely follow up of outstanding items in the process director.
- Arranging weekly payments based on the creditor ageing Analysis.
- Identifying Grower on charges and send them for recharging.
- Reconciliation of Supplier statements to Vendor Accounts to identify the discrepancies.
- Processing staff reimbursement expenses.
- Uploading weekly handling charges and ensuring all corporate charges are captured in SAP before the month end close.
- Maintain and update rebate receipts schedule and follow up on any outstanding.
- Conduct the clearing process of the bank.
- EOM Process Director accrual.
- Assist with credit card approvals.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

To be considered for this role, applicants will need to demonstrate capabilities in the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting is advantageous
- Knowledge of an ERP system, such as SAP
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite (Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
