We're now looking for a talented **Accounts Payable Officer **to join our team based in Docklands.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your role will be to ensure all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner to support a strong customer experience.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Build and maintain supplier and sub-contractor relationships, and escalate all relevant issues to the AP Manager
- Full ownership of Supplier and weekly Sub Contractor payment runs
- Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, and maintain the account payable filling and archive systems
- Posting back charges in SAP and sending to Supplier and Sub Contractors with their remittance
- Process Supplier and Sub Contractor invoices and credit notes as per Standard Operating Procedures

**Who we’re looking for**:
A self-motivated individual with **sound knowledge** of accounts payable practices and possess the following skills:

- Understanding and exposure to end-to-end Accounts Payable functions
- Excellent computer skills; excel and SAP experience
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and general ledger maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships and gain trust
- Strong time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A proactive approach to work
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and ability to interpret data
