**About the role**
We’re seeking a Support Officer to contribute to the Be Healthy and Active program, based at our Forest Hill office. This part-time, 7-month contract offers two days of work per week, with flexibility around which days are worked, and supports the delivery of a program that has made a meaningful impact on older Australians nationwide.
Launched in 2016, Be Healthy and Active is a free health promotion initiative offering practical, accessible education to help older people maintain their health and wellbeing. More than 1,200 sessions have been delivered to community groups like U3A, Probus, support networks and retirement communities—reaching over 30,000 participants nationally.

**Key Activities**:

- Coordinate and manage feedback forms and data entry for program reporting.
- Communicate with participants and refer enquiries to relevant services.
- Organise and distribute program handouts and materials in advance of sessions.
- Support program evaluation by reviewing feedback and suggesting. improvements.
- Monitor collateral stock levels and update website links as needed.
