We are excited to announce the opening of our new Allied Health & Specialist Practice located in the heart of Frenchs Forest, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Support Officer to join our team immediately on a casual basis.

Our newly launched, multidisciplinary practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a range of allied health and specialist services. We pride ourselves on offering a warm, patient-centered environment supported by a team of passionate healthcare professionals and administrative staff.

**The Role**

As our Clinical Support Officer, you will be a vital first point of contact for our patients and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy of data entry
- Processing payments and handling Medicare/DVA claims
- Liaising with clinicians and supporting back-office workflows
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in a medical or allied health setting
- Proficiency with Halaxy practice management software (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours across weekdays

**Desirable Attributes**
- Experience supporting multiple health practitioners
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy in a healthcare setting
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanour

Pay: $26.82 - $39.14 per hour

Schedule:
