This opportunity is a front line internal support focused IT Desktop Support role, in a fast paced and busy environment, reporting to the IT Manager.

We offer exposure to a broad range of the latest technology solutions, giving you the chance to expand your skills base.

This is a full-time permanent position, based at our Sunshine Coast Office in Forest Glen.

This is great opportunity for an individual who would like to be exposed to all parts of our business as travel to our various sites will be required during your working days.

**About the Role**:

- Operation and maintenance of the internal helpdesk and asset database
- Staff computer and mobile device support (Remote and on site)
- Remote access technology support (Remote Desktop, VPN etc.)
- New user setup and provisioning
- Procurement of IT equipment
- Network maintenance and support
- Mobile Device Deployment Support (iOS)
- Multi-function printer support and setup

**About you**:
You'll have prior experience in a Level 1-2 IT Desktop Support role or similar with strong knowledge and support skills for desktop and mobile operating systems (Windows, iOS).

Experience with Active directory, group policy, and Windows file security. Strong troubleshooting and networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN) skills. Knowledge of Office 365. Exposure with Cloud Storage Platforms (Dropbox, Egnyte).

Reliable, self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised. Working in face paced environment, you'll have proven time management skills to prioritise. Continued focus on process improvement and documentation.

Hold a valid manual Driver’s License and willingness to travel for work.

Not essential, but will be highly regarded:

- Cisco Meraki
- Experience in managing and deploying computer SOE's
- Virtual desktop and server technology and administration (Virtual Box, VMWare and Hyper-V)
- Solar technology and experience with IP Security Cameras.
- Apple DEP and VPP as well as managing mobile devices from an MDM platform
