**Sales & Admin Support Officer**

Coldbuster Floor Heating is a fast growing, family-owned company, operating throughout Australia. Located in Frenchs Forest on Sydney's Northern Beaches, we pride ourselves on our great reputation and running a team with dedication and friendliness.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales initiatives.

**Your new role**:
Primarily all aspects of the quoting process which includes:

- Producing heating plans and quotations.
- Prioritising, chasing info etc. for quotes.
- Taking orders and payments.
- Maximising benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives.
- Collecting and filing job information.
- Other sales activities as may be required.
- Following up with clients after quotations.
- Assisting management with specific tasks/projects.
- Relieving other staff positions when required.
- Being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.
- A positive attitude and an enthusiasm to develop and learn, while keeping to specific procedures.
- Strong work ethic and eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive.
- Genuine willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as the ability to work on your own.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task with the ability to follow tasks through to the end and on time.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily.
- Full residential and working rights in Australia.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
