Our client is a not for profit based in the Eastern Suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Project Lead to assist with the scoping, selection, implementation of a new HRIS system for their organisation. This role will be varied, and you will have the chance to be part of a project from scratch overseeing the research, selection, building out, implementation of the new HRIS and Payroll system. Currently the client outsources the system but are looking to bring this inhouse.

This is a small organisation with a big heart; thus, you will be passionate to work in the not-for-profit space and oversee this implementation making good use of your project management and business analysis skills. You will work alongside an existing team in HR and Payroll at the organisation who will assist with implementation, roll outs and testing etc.
- Experience leading a project similar in the HRIS and payroll space
- Project Management experience
- Business Analysis experience - requirements gathering/definition
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and patience to work at all levels
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
- A willingness to help others and work for a not-for-profit organisation.
- Be able to pass a national police and background check

Our client has a flexible work arrangement WFH and some visits to the office when required. The preference is for a 4-day week and the salary would be pro rata accordingly. Base + super and FBT extras on offer for salary packaging. This will be a fixed term opportunity for 12 months.
