**About the Role**

Reporting into the director, you will assist in the development, coordination and submission of tenders. Working closely with the team members, you will produce written proposal responses in line with deadlines.

Your duties will vary across tenders and marketing.

Some of the duties include:

- Liasing with the Estimator and Director for end to end coordination and production of Capability statements, EOI's and Tender Submissions and was as Post Tender presentations and documents.
- Review tender drawings, forms and schedules, and collate required information
- Maintain image library, templates and support material
- Update and refresh content on websit
- Coordinate photography of projects and content for social media.
- Produce internal/extender communications

**About You**
- Experience in a Communcations and/or Submissions Coordinator role
- Proficient in Adobe Indesign and MS Office
- Ability to review building material and drawings
- A team player but able to work autonomously
