**About the role**:
We are looking for a full time Documentation/Technical Writer to join our friendly and dynamic team. Based onsite in our Ringwood office, you will report directly to the Product Manager. This role will see you work with the wider Product and Engineering teams to deliver product adoption while creating product documentation that is easily understood and consumed by AroFlo customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create product documentation for new feature releases and update existing documents.
- Ensure product documentation can be used by internal teams to support and educate customers.
- Drive organisational efficiencies to help customers “self-solve” their challenges.
- Create industry-specific content that relates to a range of target audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring performance and usage of product documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and proactively manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment to ensure understanding of features and functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to translate software functions into engaging user documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
