- $113k + super ($125k package) + a generous travel allowance

**About the role**

You’ll be joining an experienced and exceptional Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for the maintenance of existing partnerships and implementation of a strategic growth plan for YMCA Victoria's OSHC business unit. This will involve:

- Forming strong relationships and partnerships with school communities and other stakeholders across the state;
- Collaborating with the Senior leaders of the OSHC team to support the strategic direction of the business unit;
- Ensuring retention and growth of all OSHC programs operated by YMCA Victoria;
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships at operational and strategic levels with stakeholders;
- Initiating and developing relationships across internal YMCA networks, Primary Schools, Department of Education and local councils.

**About you**

You'll be a natural relationship developer and people person who:

- Can work methodically to foster new relationships and sustain existing partnerships whilst leveraging them over time to deliver on a sales plan;
- Has a proven track record as a successful account manager of existing contracts including working with government and school partners;
- Has Early Education & OSHC Industry knowledge (preferred) and experience at a management level;
- Has experience leading, coaching, motivating, role modelling and supporting teams to achieve success; and,
- Sound financial management skills and proven record of achieving business goals.

**Qualifications**

***Ideally you will have:

- Tertiary Education in Early Childhood and/ or Business Management.
- First Aid including Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current and Valid Victorian Drivers Licence and own transportation.
- Working with Children Check (Employee).
