**About the Opportunity**
The Y Victoria is currently recruiting for a motivated OSHC Operations Manager who will lead the team in operational excellence across YMCA Victoria’s Outside School Hours Care and School Holidays programs.

The primary focuses of this role include:

- Providing direction and leadership to all programs, with seamless communication with your team of Regional OSHC Managers and an Operations Coordinator
- Achieving positive outcomes for all children and families throughout all OSHC programs
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships both operational and strategic with key stakeholders
- Identifying and responding to program improvement opportunities, including daily operations and systems management to plan and meet budgetary requirements

**What do you need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Early Childhood Education or equivalent (desirable)
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
- Equivalent experience preferred but not required
