**Job Brief**:
A key representative of the Accounts Payable function, supporting 20 sites across APAC you will own and support the full function accounts payable, reconciliations, payments, and reporting and make a positive difference across the function.

Australia - NSW - North Sydney

- 2/3 days working from home or office.
- Fulltime 12 months fixed term contract (Start ASAP)

A key representative of the Accounts Payable function, supporting 20 sites across APAC you will own and support the full function accounts payable, reconciliations, payments, and reporting and make a positive difference across the function.

**Our Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Full function accounts payable in a paperless environment
- Processing and scanning of invoices
- 3-way voucher matching
- Preparing weekly EFT and manual payments
- Managing accounts payable mailbox and assisting sites and external vendors with their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Responsible for KPI reporting for allocated portfolio
- Preparing and reviewing weekly outstanding PO reports
- Support monthly reconciliations
- Support process improvement projects in the Accounts Payable and broader Finance function
