**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to join a large and highly reputable company on a permanent basis. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced accounts payable officer who is eager to learn and utilise their current skill set.

**The Responsibilities**:
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Full function Accounts Payable
- Management of rejected invoices
- Supplier enquiries
- Reconciliation of overdue accounts
- Branch enquiries on supplier payment
- Review existing processes and procedures and suggest improvements
- Month end close

**The successful applicant**
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience using Oracle is preferred
- Purchase order and invoice matching experience
- Contribute to a large supportive team
- Ability to liaise confidently with internal and external customers
- Strong communication sills as a priority and a positive attitude and be a keen learner.
