Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a leading agricultural provider in their search for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their transactional accounting team on a 4-month basis with possibility of extension. As a values-based organisation, our client prides themselves on innovation which enables them to maintain their place as a market leader in their speciality.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with immediate availability for this temporary assignment.

**About the Role**
Forming part of the transactional accounting team, you will bring a strong background in Accounts Payable. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Your strong experience across end-to-end accounts payable function and strong attention-to-detail will enable you to work at pace and meet deliverables in a timely and deliberate manner.

Day to day, you will:

- End-to-end accounts payable function.
- Attend to all relevant accounts payable queries from staff and other stakeholders.
- Perform accounts payable reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Utilise the payroll system ensuring data accuracy in all entries.

**About You**
You will be immediately available and bring strong experience in the Accounts Payable function in a complex environment. Your previous experience working with systems to facilitate the extensive end-to-end process will be exceptional, and your strong attention-to-detail will shine as you process transactions efficiently. You will have prior experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely and accurate results. As a confident and outcomes-driven team player, you will enjoy working with the broader team to deliver fantastic outcomes.
