ACAP is seeking a Student Engagement Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic, passionate, supportive and collaborative team. You will enjoy a diverse role where everyone is working towards the common goal of student satisfaction, wellbeing and retention.

This role encompasses student engagement project coordination, data management, reporting, knowledge sharing, stakeholder management and compliance.

**Tasks and responsibilities include;**
- Driving key projects to support the Student Engagement Plan strategy
- Implementing the Success and Retention Framework
- Automating and digitising all student related forms and processes
- Mapping of student engagement procedures and processes
- Developing and leading the key strategies of the ACAP Student Experience Plan
- Reporting and analysing student and academic data
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge of student engagement visions, strategies, processes and functions for new innovations and projects

**It is essential you can demonstrate;**
- Extensive experience in a customer or student focussed outcome driven role
- Experience in overseeing and delivering on project outcomes, specific to digitisation of forms and systems which support customer driven outcomes
- Experience in using data to support initiatives and decision making on an institution widelevel
- Highly developed relationship management and negotiation skills together
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, self motivated and confident approach to managing your workload
