**About the Role**
The Student Services Coordinator forms part of a national Student Experience team who delivers high-quality
administration services to domestic and international students across the student life cycle, including enrolment,
orientation, class participation, graduation and all other associated processes. The Student Services Coordinator is
pivotal in contributing to a diverse, inclusive and vibrant campus life and high-quality student-centred services.
Located on campus, the Student Services Coordinator collaborates with the National Manager of Student
Experience, Campus Student Experience Manager and Campus Manager in achieving key campus-based and
organisational strategic goals. The Student Services Coordinator responds to local student inquiries in person, and
students, taking a lead administrative role in various key campus duties and events, delivering a quality
collaborating with key stakeholders.
The person we seek will ideally have the following;
- Completion of an undergraduate degree; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience within a tertiary student administration/student experience function.
- Knowledge of and adherence to relevant legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements and Navitas and SAE Policy where they relate to international and domestic student enrolment and progression; FEE-HELP including TFN and USI requirements; the accuracy, currency and security of data and records; privacy
and confidentiality; wellness, health and safety.
- An inclusive and student-centred approach to providing complex administrative services to a diverse student population.
