Australian Direct Tutoring is a medium size tuition company with over 2,600 students. We are looking for an efficient Administrator for the Role as Student Success Coordinator to join our team. Our Admin Team consists of 11 people working across our main Admin office, Curriculum Management and Student Services department. This role involves working in the direction of team leaders and the principal.

This advertised position liaises with a variety of people (students, staff and community) from a diverse background and therefore requires a team player with high level interpersonal skills. The successful applicant must have the ability to work in a busy environment and be open-minded and flexible.

Australian Direct Tutoring will help to obtain a BlueCard if you already haven’t got one.

**Your opportunity**

As the Administrative Officer (Student Success Coordinator) you will:
Contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the institute by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and/or Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedures, consulting the Principal and/or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.

The Administrative Officer reports to the Principal, Business Manager, or nominated delegate.

Your role

**Responsibilities include**:

- Student Engagement and Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for students and their families, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their progress, satisfaction, and well-being.

Provide academic support and guidance, helping students set and achieve their learning goals.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting

Track and monitor student performance and attendance, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.

Prepare and distribute progress reports to students, parents, and relevant staff.

Use data analytics to track key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Tutor Coordination and Collaboration

Collaborate with tutors to ensure they have the resources and information to deliver high-quality instruction.

Facilitate communication between students, parents, and tutors to align on goals, expectations, and progress.Schedule and coordinate tutoring sessions based on student needs and tutor availability.
- Program Development and Improvement

Gather feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement in tutoring services.

Assist in developing and implementing new programs and initiatives to enhance the student experience.

Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss student progress, program success, and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate student records, including contact information, schedules, and progress notes.

Assist with the enrollment and onboarding process for new students.

Support marketing and outreach efforts by participating in events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Contacting Potential Customers for a Phone Consultation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $27.28 - $46.98 per hour
