Due to continuous growth and success within their selected markets, a new position has been created for a Manager, Human Resources to join their Adelaide office.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the National Human Resources Manager, and overseeing a team of 5 nationally, this position is responsible for the development and provision of effective HR solutions, service and advice that supports the achievement of strategic and operational business objects at both a State and National scale.
This unique role starts with an established HR department and will provide a career developing opportunity for a Senior HR Professional to coach and support a culture of high engagement and performance through relevant industrial relations, policies and procedures, maintaining harmonious relations between management, unions and employees across all Human Resources functions.

**What you'll need to succeed**

The Manager of Human Resources is an integral role, providing guidance and support to the executive team, managers and employees across the organisation.
The successful applicant will need to be collaborative, engaging and outcome-focused, who will bring a passion for people and an understanding of the importance continual staff development plays in an organisation’s success. We are looking for a forward thinker, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and analytically to develop long-term strategies to improve efficiencies and to further grow the business nationally.
