**Your new company**

Due to continuous growth and internal re-structure, we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join this evolving organisation in a temporary capacity.

This position can either be full time or.8 offering a hybrid work model and is based in Adelaide CBD.

**Your new role**

As a natural leader within the business you will work proactively to identify and analyse business needs and develop solutions to deliver on the business units plans and objectives.

You will lead talent initiatives such as workforce planning within the business unit, champion transformational change in partnership with the organisational capability team, manage complex people risks and offer insight and analysis to the Executive Leadership Team.

The role also leads human resource projects with a specific focus on process improvement and streamlining. Reporting into the Executive /HR team, you will be working collectively with key stakeholders on initial advisory requests.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Key requirement of all the roles is that you don't mind ambiguity, change and a little bit of chaos to begin with, as we know there are always teething issues in a start-up world. However, with the growth trajectory of this business and the strategic processes and systems being implemented now, you will soon have all the tools you need.
- To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through staff engagement and influential decision-making to resolve complex matters effectively and efficiently, ensuring credibility is firmly established.
- You will be confident and consultative in your approach and have highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
