Your new company

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator who enjoys working in a generalist capacity. In this temporary role, you will play a vital part in supporting the wider HR team, contributing across a variety of HR functions while gaining valuable experience and making a meaningful impact.

Your new role

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support across the HR lifecycle, including general HR administration and ensuring a professional and positive experience for all stakeholders. You will bring a forward-thinking and adaptable approach, applying best practices in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys learning new things, and is passionate about working across a variety of HR-related tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Provide timely day-to-day support to Managers and Employees on a broad range of generalist HR activities including conducting compliance to ensure the Human Resources projects are in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining a cohesive and efficient database.
  • Assisting with the updating of position descriptions - ensure use of correct templates, formatting, consistency of language etc.
  • Assisting the recruitment team with reference checks, phone screening and candidates and general onboarding duties.
  • Collaborate effectively with Senior Management to ensure communications are timely and clear.
  • Assist with project management related initiatives.

Additionally, your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through business initiatives will ensure credibility is firmly established.
