As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-impact projects that align with and support the company’s strategic priorities. You will play a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration, maintaining alignment with transformation goals, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership team (ELT).

**About the Opportunity**:

- Oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives within assigned pillars, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives
- Regularly evaluate progress against goals and KPI’s, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with teams to synthesise challenges, prepare decision making options, and escalate critical issues as needed
- Create comprehensive progress updates and materials for monthly forums (eg. Transformation Management forum)
- Lead the facilitation of key decision forums and ensure timely and well documented communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in assigned pillars, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration
- Act as a bridge between the Transformation Management forum (ELT) and delivery teams, fostering trust and transparency
- Prepare content for key strategic communications, including Board presentations, investor updates and CEO-led forums
- Partner with Change Manager and People and Culture to establish effective change management practices for sustainable outcomes
- Monitor, evaluate and share insights on change adoption and impact, implementing corrective actions when necessary

**Your Background**:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management or project coordination, preferably within a Retail or transformation context
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong bias to action
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication ad interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
- Comfort with data, ability to quickly and effectively complete data analysis tasks, both regularly and on an ad hoc basis
- Experience using Portfolio project management tool
- Experience within a M & A or De-merger highly desirable
