**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

**About the role**:
Our Store Optimisation team provides a crucial link between our store operations and supply chain systems to deliver excellent experience for our customers.

You’ll develop and lead event plans across Christmas / Easter and specific store-based events (new stores, refurbishments, and closures) to effectively support the flow of goods to stores on a national scale.

You will also:

- Ensure all system changes are in line with agreed framework ensuring consistency
- Standardise our approach to assessing both process and systemic opportunities across stores
- Optimise forecast and replenishment settings
- Influence key stakeholders within Central Operations and Store Operations
- Investigate and resolve issues impacting system forecast accuracy
- Support peer reviews of deliverables
- Contribute to team ways of working and methodologies for optimised path to delivery
- Plan out sales shape and volume required for key event periods

**About you and your skills**:

- 3+ years Supply Chain experience in Retail or FMCG
- Prior experience with inventory management, combined with operational experience in forecast and replenishment systems (configuration, functionality)
- Comfort influencing others and driving change
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritising and delivering on tasks
- A positive can-do attitude and supportive of other team members
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
