eCommerce is creating the next generation of digital retail. Our team has an energetic, collaborative, and future-focused culture - one that’s driven to explore and create differentiated, omnichannel experiences for Australians.

**About the role**:
Based anywhere in Australia, an exciting new role has arisen for a Customer Analytics & Insights Specialist to drive actionable change in digital and eCommerce.

Working in a squad and closely with our product teams, you will work on our digital assets and channels where you will analyse our rich data to understand usage & purchase habits, uncover issues, and provide actionable insights to optimise the shopping experience for our customers.

**You will**:

- Provide insights and recommendations to help achieve business outcomes
- Lead test and learn strategy to optimise campaign/marketing performance and understand impact of our digital product features/initiatives

**About you**:
You’re a self-starter and a seasoned analytics professional with experience in both customer/marketing analytics and digital/product analytics. You have good grasp of measurement frameworks and experimentation methodologies with solid experience in using data and analytics tools - including BI and digital analytics platforms. You should be comfortable working in a complex and ambiguous environment and lastly, you’re naturally curious with a knack for telling compelling stories.

**Your skills**:

- Excellent time management and prioritisation capability
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience working with data and analysis tools essential (eg: SQL, PowerBI, Adobe/Google Analytics, R/Python advantageous but not required)
