**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Position Overview**:
This role will be responsible for the administration of the ANZ compliance processes. The position works hand in hand with the BPM. This role will also collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations teams and the local Commercial business to execute upon various compliance and risk management programs. Primarily the administration of ethical business practices associated with Medical Education via the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform. This role enables Organon to maintain a strong compliance culture and infrastructure.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Medical Education Compliance event review
- Review of conflict of interests
- Generation of letter of agreements
- Review of denied party screening
- Tracking and monitoring of medical education events
- Event approvals including medical, venue, and customer
- Administration duties related to medical education compliance events and other related compliance matters
- Communication with internal stakeholders on compliance matters

**Tasks**:

- Support Business team in reviewing, checking and tracking accuracy of event details in Veeva and make sure they are all align with current Policy, SOP and Compliance Guidance.
- Assist BPM in conducting self
- assessment on pre-and post-event approval documents and investigate any deviations which occur.
- Support Business teams on compliance system issues and related enquiries.
- Assist BPM to perform compliance monitoring and follow up documentation with business teams and ensure all gaps in process are properly closed.
- Support BPM to perform data reconciliation and follow up with commercial teams to ensure expense reconciliation is completed.
- Acting as a Global Trade System (GTS) Admin/User to manually data uploads in the GTS system. Examine and validate the False Blocks before releasing Results.

- Ability to effectively problem solve and interpret information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Skills**:

- Adept at using the CRM system
- High level of written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance

**Experience**:

- Compliance background
- Strong history of working with CRM systems & processes
- 3+ year’s experience in a compliance role in pharmaceutical industry preferred

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Information technology or other related field
