About the role
**Requirements**:
- Develop and implement business plans and roadmap for the national business process transformation function to support organisational priorities and meet customer needs.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Meeting with end users to gather and analyse the end user system requirements.
- Analyse workflow and to map out the existing process and identify any potential risks.
- Develop functional specifications to articulate the desired outcome of the system development and enhancement.
- Manage user acceptance test and ensure the smooth delivery of the system enhancement and provide system training if necessary.
- Create user stories, test cases and test scenarios.
- Write procedures, technical documents and training material.
- Work with Developers and external vendors to provide effective solutions.
- Lead national Business Process Transformation team, with a people-driven approach overseeing the day-to-day allocation of work and projects to ensure that appropriate support is provided, and team effectiveness is maintained.
- Coach, guide and lead reports to achieve their KPIs and develop their skills and capabilities.
Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary Qualification (Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in the print/hardware industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate operational and technical discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
