**How will I help?**

The purpose of this position is to lead the mortgage migration program as part of UNITE. You will be participating in all the architectural and design workshops as well as supporting with the implementation of the migration. You will be expected to be communication complex solutions with technical leaders and business stakeholders and will be providing engineering advice and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include providing technical input to the strategic direction of the investments and mitigate any impacts of technology dependencies on solution delivery.

**What do I need?**

We're looking for someone with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Java, and WebLogic. If you have a good grasp of Oracle DB and SQL Server, that's fantastic Familiarity with Middleware technologies is also essential and it would be great if you have experience with PowerBuilder and knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk.

We're seeking someone who can lead technology or project teams effectively. An understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks is important, as is experience in leading technical teams.
