In this role, you’ll love the ability to:

- Create and foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office
- Be the first point of contact for all our visitors, customers, contractors and delivery persons
- Handle customer service enquiries from consumers
- Provide office support: prepare coffee, order milk, perform errands, make sure the office and kitchen are clean and organised
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to your colleagues in the form of processing staff orders, receiving and sorting mail, preparing starter packs and business cards

As a Campos Reception & Office Coordinator, you’ll seriously care about doing a great job. You’ll love contributing to the team and the company, and you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service. For this role as Reception & Office Coordinator, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You’re approachable and enjoy helping your colleagues and visitors
- You have a general interest in people and coffee
- You have experience with Microsoft Office suite
- You ideally have customer service, reception, admin and/or office coordinator experience
- You’re available full time and have AU working rights
