**Responsibilities**:
1.1 Preparation of sales orders and purchase orders upon receiving order from client.

1.2 Preparation and creation of invoices and shipping documents.

1.3 Liaising with Account Manager for the payment of suppliers and forwarders.

1.4 Coordinating with warehouse staff for packing the goods and preparation of shipments to clients.

1.5 Preparing Import and Export declarations.

1.6 Supervision and control checks of receipt of goods.

1.7 Control and manage inventory and the movements from supplier.

1.8 Control and manage product recalls in cooperation with Customer Service.

**Further Duties**:
2.1 Update register of Sensitive Pharma Products.

2.2 Ensuring the Customs Controlled Goods and N20 registered are updated with each movement.

2.3 Annual supplier performance assessment.

2.4 Implementing the business plan as determined by the Employer.

2.5 Report to and being accountable to persons nominated from time to time by the Employer.

2.6 Carrying out such lawful directions as given by the Employer. These include directions from other team members appointed by the Employer to give directions.

2.7 Complying with policies, procedures and handbooks currently in existence or announced by the Employer.

2.8 Carrying out any duties which are within the Employee’s skills and competence.

2.9 Attend training and educational courses offered by the Employer.

2.10 Temperature monitoring in warehouse and cold room storage.
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Excel
- Visa Requirement : Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents or valid Work Visa
- Who can work **Full Time ONLY **from Monday-Friday 09.00am-5.00pm
