The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organisedProject Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) based in our Banksmeadow office.
You'll be responsible for:
- Entering and processing window orders
- Organising and ordering materials, scheduling deliveries and tracking dates
- Preparing in-house paperwork for site staff
- Liaising with clients and suppliers by phone and email to keep projects on track
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident on the phone with strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel (basic skills required)
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Professional, reliable and a team player
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Experience with Microsoft Access databases
- Previous experience in construction or the window/door industry
