Are you a highly motivated and experienced **Continuous Improvement Consultant **looking for a new challenge?

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager & CI Lead, as Continuous Improvement Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting & facilitating process and system improvements across Customer Service Centre (CSC) & Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) functional areas.
In this role, you will be working across the two key business streams in Order to Cash and Procurement to Pay, identifying system and process improvement activities. You will be the key conduit between NHP business & the IT team.
This role will require you to have the flexibility to work across two locations - Richmond & Laverton.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, analyse and deliver business process improvement initiatives across CSC & ISC
- Develop business requirements and scope process / systems change process
- Support & facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops or sessions
- Transform manual transactional activities into system driven process
- Lead the testing phase for any system modifications / customizations deployed across the business process
- Use of Dev. Ops system to create user stories and track system improvement activities
- Develop standard operating procedures and own the MAVIM (documentation) process management platform
- Lead & coordinate Enterprise system Cadence deployment across CSC & ISC (working closely with IT)
- Lead & / or participate in business projects presenting CSC / ISC
**Ideally you will have / must be**:
- Previous experience / working knowledge of key cross-functional areas across the two business streams in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
- An agile and process orientated mindset
- Strong problem solving, data analysis & interpretation skills
- Excellent communicator, capable of effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders
- An ability to work independently, collaboratively, with a hands on and proactive approach
- Systems savvy (Microsoft D365, F & O, CE, Dev Ops, Visio, Powerpoint)
