Latitude IT has been engaged by a renowned brand with a great working culture to help build a new team within the Technology stream enabling and supporting all program delivery.

One of the key requirements they have is for a Continuous Improvement Lead. This position has 3 main aspects:

- Develop and manage the technology portfolio improvement roadmap to remove operational friction for team members.
- Analyse, maintain and improve organisational business systems.
- Employing project design, leadership, and management to improve and track technology performance.

Location: Melbourne

Start: As soon as possible

**Salary**: 140,000-160,000 + Super

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Continuous Improvements
- Beneficial: LSS certified
- Having a background in an Agile and/or Product environment is highly beneficial
