**Your role as Account Manager**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, pro-active person with a specific set of skills to manage clients. Experience in client relationship management and marketing will be beneficial.

As an account manager you may have already had experience in technical support or marketing. This is an opportunity for someone to grow and develop their skill sets in these areas.

Maintain a high level of service and experience between the business and the clients. Ensure regular interactions with customers to understand their needs, expand service and and offer other business offerings or capabilities. Qualify customer needs and engage the client with products to achieve required outcomes.

You will also assist in creating content promoting the business, our offerings and team events. An enthusiasm for I.T. will be beneficial as this will assist in your learning. You will be working in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment. Opportunity for future career growth depending on the demand and success of endeavours.
