About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
Management Accountant
to join our finance team and support the Chief Fianacial Officer in delivering high-quality financial insights, reporting, and analysis. This role is critical in partnering with the business to drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Management Accountant, you will:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports with actionable insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through financial modelling and business cases.
  • Analyse cost structures, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement process improvements.
  • Support compliance with BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Maintain and enhance ERP, reporting, and BI systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

About You

We're looking for a finance professional who brings:

  • A
    degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
    with
    CA/CPA membership (essential).
  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience
    in management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of
    budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and tax compliance.
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced
    Excel skills
    and experience with ERP systems (MYOB Advanced or similar).
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
