We are rapidly expanding and looking for an Account Manager to provide exceptional service

This is an opportunity to be immersed in the FMCG industry and utilise your varied skills in a fast-paced environment.

**About the role**
- Hands-on account management including client collaborations and project management of campaigns across digital, print and display within FMCG.
- Can understand innovative campaign briefs.
- Ensure seamless campaign implementation and a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue and growth.
- You’re a natural networker who understands what is required to build effective relationships in growing an account.
- You will be responsible for developing and driving sales opportunity and strategies.
- Hands on approach to ensure deadlines are meet.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Achieving set monthly KPI's
- Passionate about customer service
- Possess great people skills, has an outgoing, professional and positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of print production process, workflow, Point of Sale, Print Management & Digital asset management.
- Ability to multitask and be an all-rounder.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Has great organisation, planning and time management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High problem-solving proficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Melbourne, VIC 3207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- FMCG: 5 years (required)
