**About the role**:
We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our Foodservice Sales team and establish, deliver, and support a strong go to market pipeline of HORECA National accounts across the new COOKT range and CORE Don portfolio of products.
Bringing the best of DON means bringing the best version of yourself, your whole self to deliver the best outcome and craft the right solution for our end-users, key distributor networks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Secure ranging, create end-user partnership deals, and work to transform these relationships into strategic collaborative partnerships with a well-planned calendar of activity.
- Develop and deliver exceptional in-person negotiation through your intimate understanding of Foodservice HORECA end-users
- Influence and collaboratively network within Don stakeholders to deliver customer-focused, EBIT accretive solutions to help the end-users grow their businesses.
- Provide and acquire deep, rich insights from major end-users to help our National KAM selling teams support the overall growth and foodservice ambition.
- Account Manage selected National HORECA end-users with a clear growth roadmap leveraging our current and NPD range in line with their planning cycles.
- Contribute to overall team success with next level presentation, data, commercial and growth mindset

**About you**:
- Commercial strength in being capable of value creation and understanding the levers to negotiate the outcome.
- Understanding and knowledge of how to derive and genuinely craft insights into an authentic selling style that can be applied across a diverse stakeholder universe.
- Knowledge of the HORECA food service market, its key and influential stakeholders, and the ability to quickly navigate to the decision maker.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative strategic and commercial partnerships, relationships, and networks.
- Proven track record of being able successfully sell at a national level into the HORECA foodservice segment.
- Degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing (desirable)
