The **Account Manager, PaMS** is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Print & Marketing Solutions customers. This role highlights Winc’s unique value proposition to key decision makers and utilizes industry & data driven insights to deliver relevant customer development plans and achieve targets.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Manage retention and profitability of contracts
- Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall vertical strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Print & Marketing Solutions industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
- Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- B2B experience and industry knowledge
- Record of success in achieving targets
- Successful client management skills
- Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc “Single Source” Vision to create opportunity
- Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork skills
