**What You'll Do**

You will be responsible for all activities that generate or affect revenue. You will own the company’s revenue targets.

Strategies: Owns and delivers the marketing and customer acquisition strategy. You will build a repeatable marketing model. You will create and refine performance marketing campaigns to drive sales.

Partnerships : You will own and grow strategic Partnerships for customer acquisition

Retention, Uplift + Churn

You will create and execute strategies and campaigns to retain customers and prevent churn

You will identify, own and deliver Growth strategies across the business including:

- DataBase: You will own and commercialise the Hubspot Customer and partner relationships
- Commercialise Existing customers - eg roll out our referral programme
- Re-engage with churned customers

Customer and pipeline database: Team Owns CRM tool, ensures data is clean, accessible + usable

Management Reporting: You will own and report on:

- Website traffic
- MQL’s + SQL’s
- Cost of acquisition
- Cost of sale
- New + Total subscriptions
- ARR - revenue protection
- Uplift revenue
- Churn

Direct Reports: You will build the customer acquisition and retention team

**Skills + Qualifications**
- Growth marketer and individual contributor with a proven track record of driving B2B subscriptions or eComm sales
- 8+ Years Experience in growth or performance marketing
- Hands on: Ability to roll up your sleeves. Comfortable with using the relevant marketing and reporting tools
- Experience (preferred) in adtech platform, digital ad agency, SaaS business, eComm, large publisher, with experience in international markets
- Outgoing + energetic: You will need to be outgoing and comfortable dealing with C-level interactions
- Business Acumen: Ability to measure activity effectiveness and constantly improve tactics to improve results.
- Data driven: creates accountability by setting the right metrics and tying performance and compensation to tangible results, creates and analyzes reports
- Results driven: commits to results and takes accountability for success
- Communication: proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams and areas of expertise to ensure the right business goals are met

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
