We're growing rapidly — and we're looking for a detail-driven, organised Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Wellness Solutions Team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
Based primarily at our Milsons Point head office, you'll play a pivotal role ensuring that:
- stock levels are accurate,
- purchase orders are placed on time, and
- our Sales and Warehouse teams always have the information they need.
You'll also travel occasionally to our South Nowra facility for stocktake and coordination with our warehouse team.
Reporting to the Supplier Development & Product Expansion Lead, you'll be the crucial link between suppliers, warehouse operations, and internal systems — helping our premium wellness brands flow seamlessly from Europe to Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a motivated, practical, and organised team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and ensure timely re-ordering of stock.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) for international and domestic suppliers.
- Track container shipments, updating delivery timelines and ETAs.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update product and SKU data in Zoho Inventory and internal systems.
- Support barcoding, stocktake, and stock adjustment processes.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams on product availability and order visibility.
- Manage smaller day-to-day purchasing (e.g., timber, LEDs, accessories).
- Assist with import documentation and supplier communication.
You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously while our NSW operations ramp up.
System Use & Administration
Hands-on experience using and administering warehouse management systems (WMS), ideally:
- Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books / Zoho CRM (currently in use)
Unleashed or Cin7 Core
Experience developing or improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for purchasing and stock management.
- Competence in generating and maintaining reports and dashboards for purchasing, stock movement, and supplier performance.
- Understanding of multi-location inventory management, including warehouse transfers and fulfilment workflows.
- Familiarity with batch, lot, or serial tracking, and supplier lead-time configurations.
- Involvement in implementing or migrating warehouse/ERP systems (e.g., setting up Unleashed from scratch).
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Experience using Zoho Inventory, Cin7, or similar ERP systems (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for stock and order reporting.
- Prior experience in import/distribution or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to occasionally travel to South Nowra for physical stock-takes or coordination (company-covered travel).

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking stock, orders, and performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills, including experience collaborating across sales, warehouse, and logistics functions.
