As a Course Advisor, you’ll be working exclusively with _warm leads_—individuals who are actively seeking information. Your role is to guide them toward the right qualification that matches their goals.

And we’ll set you up for success with full training, product knowledge, and ongoing support from our high-performing team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Convert warm, ready-to-enrol leads into active students—no cold calling required.
- Understand each student's goals and match them to nationally recognised qualifications.
- Communicate the real-world value of becoming a builder, site supervisor or trades leader.
- Handle enrolments and paperwork with accuracy and professionalism.
- Use Salesforce to manage leads, track performance, and boost conversion.
- Drive your own success while being backed by a collaborative, mission-led team.

Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management /marketing/sales (preferred) but not essential.
