**About the Role**

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team at Discovery Parks on a 6-week temporary contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams to provide expert HR advice, coaching, and support across a range of employee matters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise managers on employment legislation, policy interpretation, and performance management processes.
- Support organisational change, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
- Partner with internal teams to support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
- Analyse employment data and provide insights to improve employee outcomes.

**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or retail.
- Solid understanding of Fair Work and industrial relations frameworks.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders across all levels.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
